Position two: Shoushan lookout (the panorama)
The whole port and skyline in one field — postcard country. No rail; fifteen minutes by car or taxi, free platform. The descent belongs to a taxi or designated driver.
Position three: the wheel (aerial)
The Kaohsiung Eye’s fifteen-minute sweep over bay and port, running to about ten — hand-off details in the Dream Mall plan.
Position four: the light-rail stretch (moving window)
Pier-2 to Dream Mall along the water: one fare, a rolling harbor cruise, trains every ten-odd minutes.
